A new tropical storm KATIA has formed in the Atlantic.
It is too early to tell WHERE it will end up as it moves west. Some models say it will curve north and miss the U.S.
Others are suggesting that Texas will get hit by tropical moisture by Thursday/Friday of this week.
Keep in mind that we are approaching our peak time for hurricanes - mid-September. The season won't end until Nov. 30 so we have a long way to go.
