Don't look now, but Tropical Depresson #12 has formed in the Atlantic, right behind T.S. Jose, which is heading north into the Atlantic.
Fortunately, IRENE didn't form an eye wall and caused less damage than IKE (which cost about $25 billion in damages to the Houston area).
It ain't over right folks! September is the PEAK, and it won't end until Nov. 30...
