Tropical Storm RINA forms south of Gulf of Mexico

We have a potential hurricane forming just south of the Yucatan and Gulf of Mexico. It is currently Tropical Storm RINA. It is too early to tell WHERE it will go or how BIG it will get. Right now it is drifting to the Northwest towards the Gulf of Mexico. It may turn at some point but again it is too early to tell. WATCH IT during the next week as it develops. This poses a direct threat to the southern coast of the U.S. as well as Central America..
