I just heard a report by Jim Cantore of the Weather Channel on NBC news in which he said: "Winds blew out windows on high rises today" in Chicago. And the winds were 60 mph! That's not even hurricane strength. Here is a copy of the written report by the Weather Channel...
Too bad that they didn't have Armor Glass security film because they would still have their windows intact - instead of dealing with flying glass and rain pouring in a broken window....
